阉割强奸犯的建议已经不是第一次在我国提出。记得在上一次提出的时候。。获得大众的认同；但却遭到人权委员会的反对。。。这一次，妇女、家庭及社会发展部长拿督黄燕燕医生抛出这项建议让群众广泛且公开辩论与讨论。

请问，当那位强奸犯侵犯女性的时候；他也不是在侵犯着那位女性的人权吗？？？

He might kill or do even worse things with the rapist. Education is the key. Get quality sex educators and educate our children. And for once, stop blaming women for rapes!
